About

It seems being a man of character these days is a moving target based on interpretation, trends and what’s socially acceptable. As a man, I find so many “how-to” books, ads, and other resources on what manhood should look like, but where do I find the authentic blueprint for a species influenced by thousands of years of cultural trends and social changes?

I would have to rely on principles of truth as I would to build a ship, decipher mathematical equations or perform a life saving surgery. These are some examples where “short cuts” could be serious mistakes and I count my own manhood in the same category. Throughout the ages there have been many teachings on manhood that provide practical advice on how to impress women, build muscle definition, dress and behave like a gentleman, as well as other subjects that appear as viable practices to be “a man’s man”. As our culture changes, so does our focus and definitions on social norms or what’s become blasé.

This site focuses on the foundational truths written throughout the history of man that have passed the test of time to create better men by reviving the internal character that drives a man’s ambition to be who he always wished he could be. What I’m trying to do is provide practical support to everyday men. Husbands, fathers, sons, uncles, friends, you name it. I believe you don’t need to know one-hundred ways to be a man of character and integrity that others admire, you only need a few, which will then give birth to other qualities to guide you to be the man you and others always hoped you could be.

All great leaders, servants of society, and the honorable men in our own lives who have improved our world had a basic spiritual foundation and discipline that drove their passion to improve themselves, therefore improving the world around them.

As iron sharpens iron”, I believe we as men were meant to stand together and learn from each other to achieve our individual greatness on our journey to become a better man. Every journey begins with the first step and I welcome you to join with me to positively affect the course of your destiny and provide a trail for others to follow to also become better men.

“A man who has confidence in himself gains the confidence of others.” - Hasidic saying.
